Hotel Ramai Sandakan, Sandakan

During my stay, I was impressed by the large and clean family room that comfortably accommodated my family of four. It featured two double beds, which was perfect for us, and provided stunning views across the bay. The room's dimensions made our time here relaxing and enjoyable.

I enjoyed the nostalgic experience of having an older TV in our room. Although it may not have been the latest model, it reminded me of the simpler times. The room included air conditioning, which was a refuge from the warm tropical weather, even though it took a little while to cool down.

Across the road from the hotel, I discovered a fantastic Chinese kedai kopi restaurant. The local food was delectable and cost-effective, allowing us to enjoy multiple meals without breaking the bank. It was a nice touch to have authentic cuisine within walking distance.

The bathroom was functional and met our needs during our stay. While there were no frills, everything worked as expected. Though I wished for a kettle for boiling water, asking for hot water from the reception was straightforward and convenient.
